@Castindoncaster #Doncasterisgreat Alchemy Festival @southbank

Southbank Centre’s Alchemy is an annual festival exploring the cultural links between the UK and South Asia. On Saturday 6 June it comes to Cast, Doncaster and transforms the spaces indoor and out with a rich mix of art and culture.
Throughout the main festival day at Cast the spaces will host a feast of events, happenings and pop up stalls that celebrate the vibrancy and stories of Alchemy and the Indian subcontinent.
Come along and browse the bazaar filled with traditional foods from around the world, see traditional folk dance and have your face painted, listen to stories and enjoy live spoken word performances plus much, much more.
With over half the festival free of charge and perfect for the whole family, you could stay for an hour or for the whole day – there’ll be plenty to take in… it’s a big world out there!
