Slowdown Sunday is back for a 4 hour locally grown showcase, here’s what’s happening…

The Chuckle Brother’s of the Doncaster art scene Grimes & Jones are teaching us that art can by anything, with their banana painting spectacle.

The Donny Suffrage Project will be hosting a mini talk on the suffragette’s and how Waterdale area played a significant part in movements history.

Doncopolitan cover artist Juilanne Bowden Lattimer will be showcasing her artwork and giving us a tour of her new mural at Waterdale.

Breaking Beats will be delivering a kids introduction to street art workshop. Always a favourite with teenagers and free to take part too.

The Pixies will have their mini yurt on the day with some face painting from Alan Morgan supporting local project Open Minds.

We’re curating a pop-up park with plants and reclaimed furniture from our friends at Bentley Urban Farm and Reckage. Bring your family and friends to this little pocket of town centre discovering a new side of Doncaster.
They’ll be music from Bam Morgan from 12pm onwards followed by Doncaster Concert band and Bentley Choir.
